Simply visiting our website automatically collects general information. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your (anonymized) IP address, the previously visited page (referrer), the pages accessed on our website, and the date and time of the visit.

This data is processed to ensure trouble-free operation of our website and to improve our offering. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) (legitimate interest). Server log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

This website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable AB, Sweden). The provider collects technical access data in so-called log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Further information can be found in Lovable's privacy policy: https://lovable.dev/privacy

We use technically necessary storage technologies (e.g. sessionStorage for a random session identifier, localStorage for your privacy consent, and – only in the protected administration area – a session cookie). These are required to operate the website; no consent is needed for them pursuant to § 25 para. 2 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG).

Non-essential storage access (audience measurement) only takes place after your explicit consent pursuant to § 25 para. 1 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future: Open privacy settings.

We do not use advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or any cross-site tracking services.

If you consent, we collect anonymous usage data using our own cookie-free analytics function: pages viewed, time on page, clicks on Etsy product links, referrer/source, UTM parameters, language setting, and a random session identifier valid only for the duration of the browser session. No full IP addresses are stored and no merging with other data sources takes place; no identification of individuals is performed.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 para. 1 TDDDG). The data is stored in our database (see section 8) and deleted after 14 months at the latest. Without consent no measurement takes place at all.

Information submitted via our contact form (name, email address, optional phone number, subject/project type and message) is processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Optionally you can upload 3D files (STL, 3MF, STEP/STP, OBJ, max. 50 MB). These are stored in a non-public storage area, automatically checked for format and malicious code, and used exclusively to prepare your quote. Files that are not permitted or appear suspicious are deleted immediately. Access links are time-limited. Your files are deleted once the enquiry is completed, at the latest after 90 days, unless an order results.

After submitting, we receive a notification email and you receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. For dispatch we use the email service of our hosting provider Lovable AB (Sweden) or its sending provider; your email address and the message content are processed in this context. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

The sole recipient of enquiries is the controller at kontakt@rodel3dprint.com.

Our website contains a button that opens a chat with us via WhatsApp. No data is transmitted to WhatsApp unless you click the button. If you use it, you leave our website; processing is then the responsibility of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. Product data, analytics data and uploaded files are processed in a managed database and storage infrastructure (Supabase, EU region) that we use through our hosting provider Lovable AB. Corresponding data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place. The administration area at /admin is password protected and accessible to the operator only; a technically necessary session cookie is set there.

Our website contains links to products in our Etsy shop (https://www.etsy.com/de-en/shop/Rodel3dprint). If you click on one of these links, you will leave our website and be redirected to the Etsy platform. Etsy is an independent controller within the meaning of the GDPR. Product images are loaded from Etsy's image server, which means Etsy receives your IP address and technical browser data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting our range).

The platform is operated by Etsy Ireland UC, 66/67 Great Strand Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. We have no influence on the data processing carried out by Etsy. You can find Etsy's privacy policy at: https://www.etsy.com/de/legal/privacy/

For a consistent display of fonts, we integrate fonts from the provider Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you access our pages, a connection to Google's servers is established, giving Google access to your IP address and technical browser data. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; it takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
